Mr. Lopart – Child Molester?

I really like Handy Manny, but one thing I can’t help wondering lately is whether Mr. Lopart is a child molester.  He kind of fits the profile, doesn’t he?

Here’s the case against him:

• Creepy glasses
• Comb-over
• Cardigan sweater
• Cat owner
• Too-close relationship with his mother
• Never mentions romantic interests
• Owns a candy store
